RETURNS, SWAPS & STORE CREDIT
We want you to feel confident choosing Nu Mami. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Just choose the option that suits you below and email us at hello@numami.com.au — we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Swaps & Store Credit (preferred option)
If you need a different size or would prefer store credit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached.
Once approved, you return the bra and we’ll cover sending the new one to you.
Refunds
Refunds are available for full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions above.
Refunds are issued for the item purchase price only and do not include original or return shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once the return is received and approved.
Important notes
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds, swaps or store credit
- All return requests must be emailed to hello@numami.com.au and approved before items are sent back
- We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as Nu Mami is not responsible for items lost in transit
Faulty items
If you receive a faulty item, please email hello@numami.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
All items are assessed upon return. Items that have been worn or damaged through use are not considered faulty.
