Shipping policy

All online orders are dispatched from Nu Mami HQ located in Marian, QLD.

Orders will be processed between business hours on Monday – Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm AEST and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

Orders will not be dispatched on QLD & Australian Public Holidays.

If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day.
